I facilitate workshops for youth, parent engagement/parenting skills, and staff training.

I specialize in designing, creating, and facilitating workshops with materials that are evidence-based, trauma-informed, and educational, yet fun, if there are heavy topics to talk about I can offer helpful solutions with coping skills, by bringing awareness to signs and triggers. The workshops include group activities, individual exercises, and audio/visual presentations.
